Happy Friday Saints.
Yesterday, we ended with the thought of using everything that God has given you to make things happen and we said that this year has the “potential” to be your best year yet.
I used the word “potential” on purpose. Potential means that it’s a possibility but it hasn’t happened yet. And it won’t happen at all if you don’t do the necessary work
Galatians 6:8 says that “YOU WILL ALWAYS HARVEST WHAT YOU PLANT.”
And Saints, EVERYTHING that you do or don’t do, IS A SEED. All your actions and inactions will produce a harvest.
For example, you won’t grow closer to your loved ones if you don’t spend any quality time with them. But not spending any time with them is a seed in itself too. It will produce a harvest of being disconnected which also has negative consequences.
Waiting around for the right results without putting in the work is like looking for an apple tree in your garden when you haven’t planted any apple seeds.
2022 has the POTENTIAL to be a great year for you. A great harvest will require great work.
And the bigger your God-given dreams are, the more you’re going to have to pray and ask God for the strength to WORK, the endurance to BE CONSISTENT, and the patience TO KEEP GOING when you feel like quitting. Because once you decide that you’re going to ACT, WORK, and MOVE to make this a phenomenal year, you’re going to be tempted to quit and give up.
Along with your decision to put in the work, decide to never give up. And then decide beforehand what measures you’re going to take to overcome the temptation to quit.
No matter what happens in 2022 remember Saints, YOU ARE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR through Him who loves you.
