The Office of the Electoral Commissioner (OEC) have today confirmed two more candidates have submitted their applications to withdraw from the upcoming general elections.
Public notices to confirm withdrawals have been posted on the OEC Facebook page.
The last for candidate withdrawals is Friday 26th March 2021.
Seulu Esau Westerlund withdraws as a candidate for Aiga i le Tai.
Remaining candidates for Aiga i le Tai are HRPP woman candidate Pouli Taialofa Naseri, Auuapaau Mulipola Alitalia, Ifopo Filisi Jahnke and Mulipola Atonio Patua Mulipola.
Tupuola Mano Tevaseu Sola Siaosi withdraws from Siumu.
Remaining candidates for Siumu are FAST woman candidate Atuatasi Katifa Tuuu Faletoese Bryce, Mano Ioelu, Tuuu Anasii Leota, Tuuu Amaramo Sialaoa and incumbent Faalogo Iosefa Sopi.
Last week, former Chief Justice Patu Falefatu Sapolu withdrew his nomination for candidacy for Vaimauga 2.
