Live your Life for God, Honour Him in All that You Do

Happy Tuesday Saints.

We had our final Service for Myles’ beautiful son, Miguel the Strong.

There were a lot of powerful testimonies of how this wonderful boy’s life drew so many people closer to God.

In a little less than 6 years, without saying a word, Miguel taught many others what true strength and perseverance really looked like.

And Myles’ aunty Lani, challenged all of us to examine our own lives to see what we’ve accomplished in the time that we have been alive.

The Bible says in James 4:14 that “YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN TOMORROW. FOR WHAT IS YOUR LIFE? IT IS EVEN A VAPOR, THAT APPEARS FOR A LITTLE TIME AND THEN VANISHES AWAY.”

Our time on earth is short. Compared to eternity, 90+ years is like a vapour. It will disappear quickly. Miguel impacted more people around the world than most people hope to influence in a lifetime.

Not only do most of us have more time, but we also have more abilities and more physical strength. We can communicate more, travel more, do more, and give more.

But like Lani asked everyone this week, “WHAT HAVE WE DONE?”

What impact has your life had on those around you? Who have you supported over the past month? Who have you encouraged or comforted? Who have you helped succeed? Who did you draw closer to God? Who did you express His love to? Who did you serve?

Life is short, but it’s
also worthless and meaningless if you spend it on yourSELF.

God has given you so much. Use it all to honour Him and be a blessing to others.

When your life has VANISHED AWAY, it’s only what you did for God and others that will remain in the hearts of those whose lives you touched.

Have a great day and like Miguel, make it count! God bless and lots’a love,
Warren
