Happy Tuesday Saints.
Hebrews 12:3 “CONSIDER HIM WHO ENDURED SUCH OPPOSITION FROM SINNERS, SO THAT YOU WILL NOT GROW WEARY AND LOSE HEART.”
Sometimes we feel downcast because we are faced with OPPOSITION. Whenever someone steps out in faith to do the will of God, OPPOSITION won’t be far off.
Whether you’re being opposed by people or demonic principalities, it’s important to stay focused on the Lord and His will.
The writer of Hebrews says to “CONSIDER” Jesus who ENDURED SUCH OPPOSITION FROM SINNERS.”
You don’t have to do anything wrong to be faced with OPPOSITION, you just have to be obedient to God.
Psalms 42:6 says “MY SOUL IS DOWNCAST WITHIN ME, THEREFORE I WILL REMEMBER YOU.”
It helps to know that OPPOSITION is expected and that whenever we are feeling downcast, we should CONSIDER Jesus and REMEMBER the Lord.
The temptation to GROW WEARY AND LOSE HEART is real, but Jesus ENDURED and persevered until His work was done.
The Holy Spirit dwells inside the hearts of all God’s children. He can strengthen us with might and give us the ability to ENDURE and persevere through any complications that may arise with OPPOSITION.
Instead of being overwhelmed by any opposition; fixing your eyes on Jesus will fill your heart with hope and give you the strength to remain on track.
If you’ve been feeling a little downcast lately, REMEMBER the Lord. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
