Ephesians 5:20 “ALWAYS GIVING THANKS TO GOD THE FATHER FOR EVERYTHING, IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.” Being thankful is one of the major keys to being joyful and at peace.
Being thankful doesn’t remove life’s challenges, it just helps us put them in perspective. When we realise all that God has done for us and appreciate all that He has given us, it puts us in the right frame of mind to overcome any difficulties that we may be facing. And it isn’t just about being thankful, it’s about WHO we are thanking. Thanking and praising God increases our intimacy with the Father. It draws us closer to our source of strength and wisdom, filling our hearts with hope.
