Happy Tuesday Saints.
2Cornithians 4:9 mentions being “STRUCK DOWN BUT NOT DESTROYED.”
If you’re still breathing, then with Christ on your side, you’ve got what you need for a great comeback.
Winter is officially over and it’s spring in New Zealand. Spring is a good time to spring back into action and start getting things back in order.
But if you’re reading this and it’s not spring in your part of the world, you don’t have to wait for a change of season to start doing what YOU need to do.
Everyone is different! And comparing yourself to where others are at in their journey can be discouraging. Your final destination or the results that you want, may seem FAR AWAY but you won’t get there if you stay on the same road that you’ve been on lately.
If you’re not in a good place or if parts of your life are way out of order, God wants to help you. Don’t worry about what others are doing. Focus on your own journey and on what YOU need to do to change and improve.
If someone you know can run a marathon and you can only walk one kilometre today, that’s still one kilometre more than you walked yesterday. And as small as your first steps may seem, at least you’re heading in the right direction.
Setbacks are not permanent. Staying down after being knocked down is a choice. Trust God to give you the strength for a triumphant comeback and make this an extraordinary week.
God bless and lots’a love,
