The Samoa Police have called for fans to ensure public safety during a planned Toa Samoa V8 Club parade ahead of the Toa Samoa Pacific Championship clash against Tonga. Parades are expected across Samoa as fans publicly declare their support for the Toa, and the Samoa Police are calling for respectful behaviour.
