The management and staff of Grace Salon presented a special gift for their special friend who visits the salon everyday.
Misipele Leaitua Alesi Toeaana from Vailuutai is a well known character of Apia. Visiting offices, he is well loved and always well dressed in his suit.
Grace Luaipouomalo Faraimo Stowers-Roebeck of Grace Salon says they waited on Friday if he would turn up, “but he must have been busy”.
“Ai ua pisi le toeaina..”
“Ae ana vave sau ananafi se manu matou te o ma ave i le matou staff breakfast sa fai i le Lava.”
“He visits our salon almost every day and we love having him pop in whenever he walks by,” said Grace.
Misipele thanked Grace Luaipou for the gift and blessed the salon.
“Faafetai tele mo lenei meaalofa. Faamanuia tele Le Atua ia outou ma tou galuega,” said Misipele.
“God bless you all and your work,”
“Merry Christmas Samoa,” said Misipele.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only son so that those who believe in Him do not perish but have everlasting life,” Misipele said quoting the Bible.
“I was named after a faifeau. I am now 65 years old. I was born in 1968,” he adds.
“O le faigauo a lou tama ma le faifeau lea e faaigoa ai a’u. Ua 65 ou tausaga. Sa ou fanau i le 1968.”
Merry Christmas Misipele. May God continue to bless you abundantly.
