Happy Monday Saints.
Psalm 23:2-3 “HE LEADS ME BESIDE THE STILL WATERS. HE RESTORES MY SOUL.”
If our souls need restoring, then there must be things that we face in life that can drain and exhaust us.
You can tell when your soul needs restoring. You find yourself easily angered or easily upset; you’re impatient, uncaring and unloving. You become hard-hearted and insensitive.
Don’t hide your feelings from God. He knows exactly how you’re feeling and if you’ll speak to Him about it, He will guide you to a place of peace and stability.
Every now and then, you need to take a breather. You need to get by the STILL WATERS and let God calm you down and RESTORE YOUR SOUL.
The Hebrew word translated “restore” also means “to refresh,” “to repair,” and “to bring back.”
There are times when we need to be refreshed. When we need to get alone with God and let Him repair our souls from the pressures and challenges that we face in life.
There are times when we need to “press the reset button” and let God bring us back to a glorious place of strength, confidence and dignity.
Let God restore your soul this week. And get back to being your wonderful self – your confident, STRONG IN CHRIST self!
God bless and lots’a love,
