God Can Use You to Encourage Others

Happy Tuesday Saints.

Along with being strengthened and encouraged in the presence of the Lord, we can also receive some encouragement from one another.

In 2 Corinthians 7:6-7, Paul who was troubled on every side, wrote that “GOD WHO COMFORTS THE DOWNCAST, COMFORTED US BY THE COMING OF TITUS, AND NOT ONLY BY HIS COMING BUT ALSO BY THE CONSOLATION WITH WHICH HE WAS COMFORTED IN YOU…”

So Paul was comforted by Titus who had been comforted by the church in Corinth.

He went on to say in verse 13 that “TITUS’ SPIRIT HAS BEEN REFRESHED BY YOU ALL.”

God can use you to refresh and encourage others.

Instead of putting one another down, we should be able to find strength and encouragement from each other.

Who can you refresh this week? Look out for someone to encourage and uplift.

The Lord used Titus to comfort Paul. He can use you to give a word of encouragement to someone who is going through a difficult time.

According to Proverbs 11:25, “HE WHO WATERS WILL ALSO BE WATERED HIMSELF.”

So in comforting and encouraging others, you will be comforted and encouraged yourself.

We all need a shoulder to lean on now and then. Being there for others when they need you most will ensure that someone will be there for you when you’re in need.

Have a great day and be a blessing to someone else.

God bless and lots’a love, Warren
