Deuteronomy 30:19 “CHOOSE LIFE, SO THAT YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN MAY LIVE.”
Why is it necessary to take control of the parts of your life that are YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY?
Because if you don’t CHOOSE to take control, fight for what YOU want, and build your life according to the Word of God – then this fallen world will choose for you, and it will bend your life out of shape. When you don’t take control – what you DON’T want will automatically take over.
You can either deliberately and purposefully choose to build your life on the rock and get the life you want, or you can let this world grind you down and shape your life into something you despise and resent.
Unhappy and dissatisfied people are resentful because they’ve allowed this world to break their will and destroy their God-given right to make their own decisions. Fear has immobilised them and kept them from having the courage to fight back, regain control and trust God for the help to remove all their excuses and create a meaningful and productive life.
In this world, you are either building the life of your choice, or you are receiving the life that you don’t care for.
Never believe the lie that it’s too late to change or improve. Or accept the lie that you can’t change your circumstances and alter your future.
Remember Saints – it’s YOUR choice. You can CHOOSE LIFE and really live.
Trust God for the wisdom and the strength to create a vibrant and fulfilling life.
