BSP PNG | BSP Financial Group Limited (BSP) recognises the importance of women in our societies and is proud to be an inclusive employer for its 4,600 plus staff.

BSP Group General Manager for People and Culture Hari Rabura said they are proud that 17% of females are in management roles with four key leaders in Executive Positions.

Last year, BSP Samoa’s Country Manager, Taitu’uga Maryann Lameko-Vaai was appointed by the Group to take up the PNG-based role of General Manager Offshore Branches.

Taitu’uga was replaced by former Samoa Chamber of Commerce President, Jennifer Ula-Fruean who had previously held the position of Head of Finance for BSP Samoa.

Ms Rabura said BSP is proud to be supporting women through community initiatives, and in business and professional development.

“Our internal Leadership and Management Development Program boasts a 72% female representation and is an important component of our talent strategy to prepare our future leaders within BSP Group,” she added.
