The Namu’a Island site is undergoing significant enhancements as part of their ongoing commitment to improving guest experiences.
Director of the Namu’a Island site, Levasa Ieti Taisia said they will be adding four new beach fales, bringing the total to 12 fales altogether.
“This expansion reflects our dedication to meeting the increasing demand for overnight accommodations from our visitors”.
Namu’a Island, located on the southeast coast of Upolu, is renowned for its pristine beauty and tranquil atmosphere.
It is the perfect destination for guests seeking a private getaway on one of Samoa’s most secluded beaches.
The island is not only celebrated for its outstanding snorkeling opportunities with turtles and pristine waters, but also features stunning white sandy beaches that have captured the hearts of many.
In addition to enjoying the privacy of the beach, the site also offers kayaking and snorkeling activities, with rental equipment readily available.
Boat transfers from the main island are priced at SAT$50 (US$20) and takes approximately five minutes.
Guests have the privilege of immersing themselves in the natural beauty of the island at their leisure.

While on the island, Taisia also encourages guests to explore the island’s unique ecosystems, including a scenic walk to the mountains where coconut crabs and bats can be seen in their natural habitat.
“We are looking forward to welcoming more guests to Namu’a Island soon and also to providing them with an unforgettable experience,” said Taisia.
