Happy Monday Saints.

Proverbs 29:25 “FEAR OF MAN WILL PROVE TO BE A SNARE, BUT WHOEVER TRUSTS IN THE LORD IS KEPT SAFE.”

It’s quite easy to fall into the trap of seeking approval and validation from others. Sometimes, we can find ourselves tangled in the web of fear of what others may think or say about us. The fear of man can be suffocating, leading us down paths we were never meant to walk and robbing us of the peace that God freely offers.

Today’s proverb is a powerful reminder of the dangers of placing our trust in the opinions and judgments of others. When we allow the fear of man to dictate our choices and actions, we become ensnared, trapped in a cycle of seeking the approval of others instead of seeking God’s approval.

But there’s a better way—a way that leads to true freedom and security. Proverbs 29:25 goes on to remind us that those who trust in the Lord are kept safe. When we place our trust in God, we find refuge in His unwavering love and acceptance. We no longer need to rely on the ever-changing opinions of people because we know that our worth and identity are rooted in Christ.

Trusting in the Lord doesn’t mean that we won’t face difficulties or challenges. It means that we can face them with courage and confidence, knowing that God is with us every step of the way. When we surrender our fears and insecurities to Him, we can experience a deep sense of peace that transcends understanding.

Where have you placed your trust? Are you seeking the approval of others above all else, or are you choosing to trust in the unwavering love of your Heavenly Father? May you find freedom in releasing your fears and insecurities to God, knowing that in Him, you are truly safe and secure.

Have a fabulous week. God bless, and lots’a love,

Warren
