You can’t have faith without a positive attitude

2 Corinthians 13:5

“EXAMINE YOURSELVES TO SEE IF YOUR FAITH IS GENUINE. TEST YOURSELVES.”

Difficult times and trials have a way of helping us discover whether or not our faith in God is genuine.

Jesus said in Mark 11:22 “HAVE FAITH IN GOD.”

Faith in prayer is not FAITH IN GOD. Faith in positive confessions is not FAITH IN GOD. Faith in the church is not FAITH IN GOD. Faith in the laying on of hands is not FAITH IN GOD. Faith in obedience is not FAITH IN GOD. All of these are good but if your faith is not IN GOD, you can miss out on seeing the God-given outcomes that are a result of genuine FAITH IN GOD.

Having a positive attitude is not the same as having FAITH IN GOD.

Many Christians find out during life’s challenges whether or not their FAITH IN GOD is real.

You don’t have to be a Christian to have a positive attitude.

You can have a positive attitude without having faith but – you can’t have faith without a positive attitude.

Being positive won’t move mountains. Many are realising that their positive attitude isn’t enough to give them the confident expectation that comes as a direct result of TRUSTING GOD.

Have FAITH IN GOD. Trust Him to answer your prayers and give you what you need to bring you through tough times victorious.
