Yesterday we looked at Galatians 4:7 “YOU ARE NO LONGER A SLAVE BUT A SON, AND IF A SON, THEN AN HEIR OF GOD THROUGH CHRIST.”
Charles Spurgeon once said,
“God’s people are so one with Christ, that you must first bring a charge against Christ Himself if you dare to lay it against any of His elect;
“You must enter your suit against the Head if you want to attack the members… for no Court can allow a distinction between the body and the head in a notion at law… Our rights are joint rights and… we are joint heirs with Christ.”
If you ever want to know how accepted you are by God – look at Christ.
The right standing of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ before God – is now yours too.
