We’ve got a straightforward message today – THE DAY YOU PLANT THE SEED IS NOT THE DAY YOU EAT THE FRUIT.
Many of us know from Galatians 6:7 that “WHATEVER A PERSON SOWS HE WILL ALSO REAP.”
But some people plant their seeds expecting to reap immediate results. The Bible doesn’t promise an instant harvest.
Starting something new is always exciting, but it can become discouraging when we don’t see quick outcomes. And when things take longer than anticipated, many choose to give up.
According to the Bible, WHATEVER a person sows, they WILL ALSO REAP. They WILL reap a harvest, see fruit, and get results.
The only time you see a seed grow and produce fruit on the same day it was planted is in the movies.
But your life is not a movie, and THE DAY YOU PLANT THE SEED IS NOT THE DAY YOU EAT THE FRUIT.
So relax. Enjoy the process and appreciate the journey. Embrace the sowing and give your seeds time to grow. Fertilise your seeds with prayer and hope. And look forward to one day reaping a harvest – whenever that may be.
Until then, Galatians 6:9 says, “LET US NOT GET TIRED OF DOING GOOD, FOR WE WILL REAP AT THE PROPER TIME IF WE DON’T GIVE UP.”
Your results may not come quickly, but they WILL come.
Have a fabulous day. God bless and lots’a love,
Warren
