Vodafone Samoa Announces its COVID-19 Care Package for ALL its Customers

Vodafone Samoa has announced a special COVID-19 package for all its customers that includes 1 free GB of data, free access to educational websites for student sims, one month free Moana TV and no termination of services for postpaid customers until the end of this month.

The announcement comes as Samoa continues into the second week of the 14-day State of Emergency that has essentially locked down the country to protect its borders from the spread of COVID-19.

Vodafone Samoa acknowledges the anticipated hike in demand from customers during the lockdown period, and say they are prepared.

1 GB free data, zero-rate for student searches and no postpaid disconnections for the month of March.

o One month free services starting 1st of April, 2020 (all existing customers who have recharged or will be recharging by the 30th of April, 2020 – will get 30 days additional validity)

• No termination
o Of customers’ postpaid service for non-payment of their bill until the 31st of May, 2020.
