UTOS Announces Total Divided Distribution of over $10 Million for its Unit Holders

10 June 2025, Apia Samoa. The Unit Trust of Samoa is pleased to announce that it has closed off another successful and profitable financial year.

The Unit Trust of Samoa (Trust) is pleased to announce a dividend payment of 0.08 sene per unit to its unitholders for the financial year ending 30″ June 2025.

The total dividend to be distributed amounts to SAT$ 10.95 million, benefitting a total of 6,855 unitholders based on their unit balance as of the 30* June 2025.

The dividend distribution of 0.08 sene per unit is equivalent to a dividend yield of 4.06%.

The Trust also recorded a unit value capital gain of 9.44% over the 12-month period.

Collectively, the dividend yield and capital gain represent a total return of 13.50% for the financial year 2024/2025 – which is a 1.26% increase compared to last financoal year.

Eligible unitholders will be able to make their dividend choice from Friday 11″ July 2025. The dividend choice process can be facilitated at the main office at Level 3, Development Bank of Samoa Building or via the UTOS online platform: https://app.utos.ws/
