Translated from FaaSamoa. A mom is grieving the loss of her two sons who died in separate tragic accidents, one day apart.

Arona Misa Alofa, 22, was visiting his father’s family in Leauvaa when he went out on the afternoon of Wednesday 1st November to cut down pawpaw trees next to power lines when the high wind warnings were issued.
When the tree fell it brought power lines down with it and it is suspected he was electrocuted.
The very next day, his younger brother Avele died near their home at Falelatai. Avele, who had just turned 20 in July was also cutting trees near their family home on Thursday afternoon 2nd November.
According to a family member, it is also suspected he was electrocuted by power lines.
Police Commissioner Auapaau Logoitino Filipo says police are investigating both incidents.
“Our deepest condolences go out to the mother and family of the two boys,” said Commissioner Auapaau.
Social media is flooding with messages of love for the two brothers who had been active members of the Pata Falelatai AOG Church youth.
The boys come from a family of five and their father has passed away.
They are survived by their mom and three older sisters.
May the Lord pour down His peace that surpasses all understanding upon the grieving Mom and Misa Alofa family at this time.
Rest in Peace and Love ❤️ Arona and Avele.
