Two Arrested in Police Drug Raid in Savaii

Media Release.

The Samoa Police, Prisons, and Corrections Services (SPPCS) on the island of Savai’i apprehended two individuals, aged 43 and 40 in Mauga (Saleaula), subsequent to a drug raid conducted.

During the operation, fresh marijuana plants were seized from the premises, as well as a firearm and ammunitions.

The aforementioned suspects have been duly detained.

The Samoa Police, Prisons, and Corrections Services extend their appreciation to the public for their consistent support and for promptly reporting instances of criminal activity within our community.

The police did not confirm or mention in their press release, the value of the drugs confiscated.
