Happy Monday Saints.

Jesus said in Matthew 24:12 that, “BECAUSE THERE WILL BE MORE AND MORE LAWLESSNESS, MOST PEOPLE’S LOVE WILL GROW COLD.”

People don’t wake up and suddenly find themselves unloving, uncaring, and unsympathetic towards others. Jesus said that because of the increase of lawlessness (the increase of sin) around us, people’s love would GROW cold.

If people are not careful, the world around us will slowly wear them down. It will gradually chip away at their faith in God, their confidence, their hope, their patience, and their love.

The combination of lawlessness and bad news, day after day, month after month, and year after year, will cause MOST people’s love to grow cold.

We have to fight the good fight of faith and be deliberate about trusting God in the midst of all that’s going on around us.

The world will do everything in its power to wear us down and make us unloving, bitter, cold, and harsh towards one another.

If you’re going to be an encouragement to others, you will have to trust God. Let Him fill your heart with hope, and let Him give you the strength to rise above all the hopelessness.

Regardless of what the news reports say or what’s happening around you – don’t let your love grow cold. Don’t let the love of those around you grow cold either. Let your love for God and your love for people give others hope during these challenging times. Let God use you to help others whose love is growing cold.

The opposite of growing cold is staying hot, and with the right mindset, you can help others burn bright for God.

Have an absolutely fabulous week. God bless, and lots’a love,
Warren
