Some people believe that the Lord has called them to oversee a ministry, a business or an organization of their own.

Jesus said in Luke 16:12 “IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN FAITHFUL IN WHAT IS ANOTHER MAN’S, WHO WILL GIVE YOU WHAT IS YOUR OWN.”

You may not be where God wants you to be in the future, but where you are now is preparing you for it.

To be an effective leader, you must first learn what it’s like to follow and serve another.

If you truly believe that the Lord has called you to lead – then support, help and follow others as you would like people to one day do for you.

In other words, be the kind of employee that you’d like to employ one day. Faithfully serve the Lord in another leader’s ministry the way you’d like others to serve the Lord in yours.

If you’re unfaithful, always late, careless and unreliable while you work for someone else, the Lord’s not going to overlook your unfaithfulness in order to give you something that’s your own. He knows that if you have been unfaithful with what belongs to another, you will be unfaithful if you lead others.

Start sowing seeds of faithfulness TODAY so that you can look forward to having faithful people help you in the future.

God bless and lots’a love,
Warren
