Proverbs 2:6-7 “FOR THE LORD GIVES WISDOM, FROM HIS MOUTH COME KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. HE STORES UP SUCCESS FOR THE UPRIGHT; HE IS A SHIELD FOR THOSE WHO LIVE WITH INTEGRITY.”
If you’re unsure about what to do, ask God. James 1:5 says, “IF ANY OF YOU LACKS WISDOM, HE SHOULD ASK GOD – WHO GIVES TO ALL GENEROUSLY AND UNGRUDGINGLY – AND IT WILL BE GIVEN TO HIM.”
Our inexperience and lack of knowledge can make us ignorant and unwise about certain things but remaining ignorant and unwise is a choice.
The Lord invites us to ask Him for wisdom. He wants to give it to us. He doesn’t want us to be restricted by our uncertainty, misled by our circumstances, or misguided by others.
Life and people can sometimes be confusing. With everything and everyone vying for your attention, it can be challenging to know what to do.
“THE LORD GIVES WISDOM, FROM HIS MOUTH COME KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND.”
The Lord knows exactly what you need to do to succeed. And not only do you have Him to ask for wisdom, but you’ve also got His Written Word to give you knowledge and understanding.
Remaining unwise is a choice! You have all the resources you need to gain the wisdom you require. And the best part is – you can do both. You can pray and ask God for wisdom, AND you can search the Scriptures.
We don’t have to remain unwise in any given situation, so don’t stay in the dark any longer than you have to be – let God provide you with a pathway to success.
