1 Corinthians 12:25
“HE DID THIS TO MAKE ALL THE PARTS OF THE BODY WORK TOGETHER SMOOTHLY, WITH EACH PART CARING ABOUT THE OTHERS.”
Happy Friday Saints.
The Lord designed the Body of Christ, which is the church, to care for one another.
You have not been created to accomplish God’s will for your life alone. And yet, many feel as though they have to tough it out and do things independently.
It takes courage to ask others for help. Especially when we have been raised or trained to not depend on anyone else but ourselves.
Some people don’t want to ask for help because they don’t want to burden others. But the Bible says in Galatians 6:2 to “BEAR ONE ANOTHER’S BURDENS.”
I’ll say it again, the support you need is closer than you realise. There are people who are ready to help carry your load. Don’t underestimate people’s willingness to help and support you.
If you feel like your troubles, or your circumstances, or the weight of your workload are too much for you to carry – ASK FOR HELP.
If you need counselling because your relationship issues have become too heavy – ASK FOR HELP.
If you’re feeling lonely during the pandemic and you need someone to talk to – ASK FOR HELP.
If you’ve got too much on your plate and you’re feeling overwhelmed by everything that you’ve got to get done – ASK FOR HELP.
If you feel like you’re losing control in a particular aspect of your life and that you need support to get it back under control – ASK FOR HELP.
You are NOT alone. If you need help, ask for it. The support of others might just be the very thing you need to change your circumstances for good.
Have a great weekend. God bless and lots’a love,
