Thank God it’s Friday Saints.

Proverbs 17:22 “A CHEERFUL HEART IS GOOD MEDICINE BUT A CRUSHED SPIRIT DRIES UP THE BONES.”

Are you a cheerful person? It doesn’t matter what your personality type is; anyone can be cheerful.

Cheerfulness is a choice. How cheerful you are doesn’t have to be determined by the tasks ahead of you.

Your workload will always be the same; the traffic on the way to work will always be jammed; if you have children, they’ll always need guidance and help; your home will always need cleaning; your clothes will always need washing; your yard will always need tidying up, and the monthly bills will always need to be paid – that’s life!

These things will always require your attention, but stressing over them won’t make things any easier.

THE JOY OF THE LORD will give you the strength that you need, and it will make things easier to bear.

Lighten your burden and brighten up your day with a cheerful heart. It may not remove all your problems, but it will help you have the hope to endure and get through them with God’s help.

Have a fabulous weekend. God bless, and lots’a love, Warren
