A message from the Samoa Public Service Commission
The PSC have issued a statement reminding all public servants of their obligations to remain neutral as Samoa heads to its general elections in April.
Spirit of Service during Elections 🗳️
Are you clear on what’s expected of you as a public servant during elections?
Staying politically neutral isn’t just good practice – it’s your responsibility under the Public Service Act 2004.
We are here to provide information and guidance to help you navigate what’s allowed (and what’s not) during election time.

If you’re unsure, always ask. Contact the Public Service Commission for advice.
Let’s keep our public service fair, impartial, and trusted by all.
