Standing Strong In Your Faith Encourages Others To Do The Same

Happy Wednesday Saints.

1Thessalonians 3:7-8 “SO WE HAVE BEEN GREATLY ENCOURAGED IN THE MIDST OF OUR TROUBLES AND SUFFERING, DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS, BECAUSE YOU HAVE REMAINED STRONG IN YOUR FAITH. IT GIVES US NEW LIFE TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE STANDING FIRM IN THE LORD.”

Your faith and your ability to stand strong don’t just affect you – it impacts others as well.

In the midst of their own troubles and suffering, the apostles were encouraged by the fact that the church in Thessalonica was standing strong in their faith. Their firm stance in the Lord also gave the apostles “NEW LIFE.”

You may never know what kind of an impact your faith in God has on others. Sometimes, your ability to stand firm is the only thing that is keeping others from losing hope and giving up.

As Christians, we are the light of the world. Our children, parents, siblings, extended family, fellow church members, colleagues, clients, students and friends are always watching us.

God didn’t light you up to hide you. He lit you up to give some confidence and assurance to those who are facing difficult times. He lit you up to give “NEW LIFE” to those who are feeling discouraged. He lit you up to be a beacon of hope.

So stand strong in your faith. Your life is making a significant difference and having a positive impact on those around you.

Have a wonderful day. God bless, and lots’a love,
Warren
