Standing in Agreement for Healing over Samoa’s Youngest Covid-19 ICU Patient and the Recovery of All Covid Positive Patients

Sunday 9 April 2022, Apia Samoa. Samoa’s youngest ICU admitted Covid-19 patient is a 14-month-old baby girl who is still fighting at the Intensive Care Unit of Isolation Ward 1 at the Tupua Tamasese Meaole National Hospital at Motootua.

Baby is being treated with a collapsed lung from complications of a chest infection. Her condition is covid-related and covid driven, and the medical team are still hoping for the best. Today, she will be closely monitored and if possible, an attempt will be made to slowly wake her up.

So on this Sunday, Samoa, let us stand together in unity, to claim the Word of God that if we ask for anything in agreement, it will be done by our Father in Heaven.

This morning, we uplift Samoa’s youngest Covid-19 ICU patient into the loving arms of our Father and ask for His healing upon her in the mighty name of Jesus.

We pray also, in agreement, for God’s healing powers over ALL patients reported to be in ICU and the 7 currently in the Isolation Ward of Motootua, and those who may be at Tuasivi Hospital, and at the Faleolo Isolation Centre, and all District Hospitals across Samoa.

We remember also all covid positive patients being cared for and recovering at home.

We thank God for the close to 50% of patients who have already healed. This number is also true of our healthcare workers, police officers, fire and emergency team, and all frontline teams where half of them have recovered – and they continue to be cycled back into the system to carry on with the work. To continue their God-purposed duties to keep Samoa safe. Thank you.

We pray for all our government leaders, our heads of ministries, heads of departments, team leaders of frontline teams.. You are all faced with decisions that impact Samoa at this time. May the Lord who gives generously grant you His wisdom to discern every decision, direction, strategy and implementation plan – to see Samoa through this pandemic.

We serve a Mighty God full of Love, Mercy and Grace, who hears from Heaven, and heals our lands.
