SSAB Donates to Help Doctors, Nurses and Families in Need

Samoa Stationery and Books (SSAB) made a generous donation to the National Emergency Operation Center yesterday afternoon, delivering 15 Sleepwell foam mattresses, $10,000 tala worth of stationery and a variety food supplies to help the nurses, doctors and families in need.

The honorable Minister of Communications and Information Technology Afamasaga Lepuiai Rico Tupai received the gifts on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Government.

Afamasaga conveyed the Government’s gratitude to the Chief Executive Officer of SSAB Tofilau Fiti Leung Wai.

“Thank you to SSAB for this generous donation that will provide help and comfort to a lot of families during this critical time,” Afamasaga said.

“SSAB is grateful for all the hard working doctors, nurses and NEOC agents working around the clock to care and assist families and the community.”
