Samoa Leaps into the World of Virtual Reality

Virtual Reality is the next big step for Samoa in telecommunications technology as recently announced by Prime Minister Tuilaepa Dr. Sailele Malielegaoi.

The first training saw 35 people in Samoa successfully complete specific training for Virtual Reality technology.

“This is the next step for Samoa in its communications. Samoa will soon be able to run at the same pace as those bigger countries overseas,” said Tuilaepa.

The Prime Minister says technology, like virtual reality, is proof of the ever growing world and Samoa must keep up to pace with global advancements in this fast-paced industry.
