Samoa Takes Overall Winner for both Women and Men at IFBB NZ Champs

Samoa has dominated the IFBB New Zealand Championship 2019 held in Manukau Auckland yesterday evening.

All Team Samoa athletes won Gold in their divisions with John Lemoa and Tunu Matautia awarded the ‘Overall Winner’ titles for Men and Women 🇼🇸.

Bodybuilding Federation of Samoa (BBFS) President Magele Johannas Keil led the delegation who had also recently taken out a clean sweep of gold medals at the IFBB South Pacific Championships held in Tahiti last weekend.

The IFBB New Zealand (international federation of bodybuilding) hosted the annual event which doubles as a pre qualifier for worlds and Australasian comps.

“This event is a pre qualifier for the IFBB mens worlds 2019 and Australasian champs 2020.”

Team Manager Dwayne Bentley was able to experience the competition as a Judge alongside other officials from competing nations 🇳🇿🇹🇴🇨🇰🇼🇸 and the International Federation.
