Morning traffic has been further exasperated by an unusual accident along Beach Road Friday morning where a police motorcycle ended up below this black van.
Police officers are directing traffic around the two lanes, blocked to morning commuters due to the accident.
The incident occurred across from the Australia High Commission office along Beach Road.
Police have been contacted for a comment.
