Genesis 1:27 “GOD CREATED MAN IN HIS OWN IMAGE, IN THE IMAGE OF GOD HE CREATED HIM, MALE AND FEMALE HE CREATED THEM.”
You are made in the image of God. God created you because He wanted you. You are valuable to God. Psalm 139 says you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
More precious than SELF-worth is knowing how much you are worth TO GOD.
And how much does God VALUE YOU and LOVE YOU? God loves you so much, that he sent His only begotten Son to die on the cross for your sins, so that you could be saved. He sacrificed his son for you.
In God’s eyes, YOU ARE WORTH THE SACRIFICE. You don’t have to feel rejected or unwanted – GOD WANTS YOU. Your true significance is found IN CHRIST, in your relationship with God.
