22 September 2022, Press Release. Samoa Police, Prisons and Corrections continues to celebrate its staff member’s accomplishments this week.
Eleven sworn and three non-sworn officers graduated from the Australian Pacific Training Coalition this morning.
The Ministry places a high priority on the continuous development of staff and it was a proud moment for Police Commissioner Auapa’au Logoitino Filipo who attended to witness the memorable event held at the National University of Samoa’s gymnasium.
The ceremony saw fourteen members graduate from the Diploma of Counselling and Advanced Trainer and Assessors Course for International Skills Training.
Auapa’au congratulated all fourteen members and encouraged them to use what they have gained and acquired from these training sessions to further improve the Ministry’s daily work and overall vision.
