Loau Donald Kerslake Appointed Acting Justice of the Supreme Court of Samoa

District Court Judge Loau Leafa Donald Kerslake has been appointed to the Supreme Court of Samoa.

The appointment of Loau was confirmed in a Press Release issued by the Ministry of Justice and Courts Administration on their Facebook page on Wednesday afternoon 23rd July 2025.

Chief Justice of Samoa His Honour Satiu Simativa Perese welcomed Acting Justice Kerslake to the Supreme Court of Samoa.

“Acting Justice Kerslake is an outstanding judge whom I have been watching with interest for some time..

“The Judicial Service Commission is very pleased that such a very able and humble person has accepted the offer to take up the temporary role..”
