If you’re going to grow in anything in 2023, grow in your understanding of God’s Word.
ALL SCRIPTURE IS INSPIRED BY GOD, so if you want to know what God thinks about certain things pertaining to life, you’ll find it in the Bible.
God is not the author of confusion or chaos. He hasn’t left us alone in this world without a road map, hoping that we can somehow navigate our own way through life.
It’s not His will for us to walk in darkness. He has given us HIS WORD, and the more you know the Bible and the more accurately you can interpret the Scriptures, the more light you’ll have to walk in.
Too many of God’s people are walking in the dark. They want to know more about God and His will for their lives, but they’re trying to do it without His Word.
If you’ve got your own copy of the Bible, read it. If you read it every day, you’ll hear from God every day. He will teach you through His Word WHAT IS TRUE, and He will help you recognize what is false.
Let God’s Word light a brilliant path for you to walk in this year. There are a lot of voices in the world trying to lead you in a myriad of directions. His Word can calm all the chaos, illuminate your understanding, give you peace of mind, and help you see a clear path for your feet.
If you want to walk in the light as He is in the light, just follow His Word.
