“CONSIDER IT A GREAT JOY MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS, WHENEVER YOU EXPERIENCE VARIOUS TRIALS, BECAUSE YOU KNOW THAT THE TESTING OF YOUR FAITH PRODUCES ENDURANCE.”
We live in an imperfect world. Trials and testing times are inevitable, but with the right mindset, they don’t have to be unbearable. The Greek word translated ‘consider’ is ‘hegeomai’ and it means ‘to lead, to rule, to command, to have authority over.’ We are not supposed to be led by our circumstances. Too many people allow their challenges to take them off course; hinder their faith; change their attitude and ruin their day. Take the lead today.
