Change is Possible When You Make God Your Priority

Happy Thursday Saints.

Jesus said in John 10:10 “I HAVE COME THAT THEY MAY HAVE LIFE, AND HAVE IT IN ALL ITS FULLNESS.”

Yesterday, we said that “Progress is a choice. Moving forward is a choice.”

One of the first steps to making permanent changes in the New Year is admitting that things can be better, that there is room for improvement. Sometimes, we just have to acknowledge that we’ve missed it, we’ve made some mistakes, we were wrong, and it’s time to do things differently.

As long as we settle for the status quo or are satisfied with our current circumstances, things will never change. When we become comfortable with things just being OK, or when we are satisfied with aspects of our lives that are NOT working – we are in danger of becoming stuck in an ordinary life that falls short of the full life that Jesus came for us to have.

We can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us. And this brings us to another thing that is necessary for permanent change – FAITH.

You have to BELIEVE that change is possible. That through Christ, you have the ability to overcome your weaknesses, conquer sin, resist temptation, be free from the past and defeat the enemy.

Through Christ, you can start living life to the full and enjoy His goodness and peace. The only person who can really stop you from moving forward in 2022 is YOU. But, if you’ll stay close to God – you’ll be unstoppable!

If you can only do one thing in 2022 – draw closer to God. Make this a year where you get to know God through praying and reading His Word. When God becomes your number one priority – you can’t help but move forward in life.

Have a great day Saints. Get ready to start the New Year in a decisively powerful way. God bless and lots’a love,
Warren
