He Who is In You is Greater than he who is in the World

Happy Friday Saints.

As we saw yesterday, it requires courage to follow Christ and walk in God’s higher ways. Hebrews 12:3 tells us to look to Jesus and “CONSIDER HIM WHO ENDURED SUCH HOSTILITY FROM SINNERS AGAINST HIMSELF, LEST YOU BECOME WEARY AND DISCOURAGED IN YOUR SOULS.”

Jesus knows exactly what it is like to deal with hostile people. We must do all that we can to LOVE our enemies and DO GOOD to those who mistreat us.

Fixing our eyes on Jesus during life’s challenges fills us with hope knowing that the same Spirit that enabled Him to endure severe hostility from sinners also lives inside us.

You can DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS YOU, and that includes enduring tests, trials, and hardships.

According to 1John 4:4, you’ve got God’s mighty Holy Spirit living inside you.

No matter what challenges you might be facing or what struggles you might be going through with others, if you’ll trust God and follow Him wholeheartedly, He will strengthen you and uphold you.

God hasn’t given you a spirit of fear. Nor has He given you a weak spirit that gives up every time things get complicated. 1John 4:4 says that “THE ONE WHO IS IN YOU IS GREATER.”

He’s greater than any weakness, greater than any desire to give up, greater than any test, and greater than any hardship. Don’t let the people you are dealing with make your challenges seem bigger than the Greater One inside you.

If He is FOR YOU, who or what can be against you?

Have a great weekend. God bless and lots’a love,
