Happy Wednesday Saints.
Isaiah 64:8 “BUT NOW, O LORD, YOU ARE OUR FATHER; WE ARE THE CLAY, AND YOU OUR POTTER, AND ALL WE ARE THE WORK OF YOUR HAND.”
We ended yesterday with the thought that if you humble yourself before the Lord and allow His loving hands to shape you, your life will be full of endless possibilities.
In today’s verse, the CLAY prays for the Lord to shape it according to His will. The CLAY is willing and ready to be fashioned and it completely trusts God’s craftsmanship.
All of us are being shaped by something or someone. And if you haven’t made a conscious choice, then you’re probably being shaped into someone you don’t want to be.
Have you placed yourself in God’s hands so that He can shape you?
God knows exactly what kind of vessel He wants you to be and if you want to see what He has in store for you, you have to be pliable.
You have to abandon the image that the world wants you to see and surrender yourself entirely to God’s vision. He is the ultimate potter!
The world wants to shape you into someone who is selfish, greedy, confused, weak and unloving. It wants to beat you and change you into someone who is easily defeated.
But if you’ll let Him; God will shape you into an overcomer who is selfless, wise, strong and loving. It’s up to you who you’ll let form your character and shape your life. Choose wisely and have an awesome day
God bless and lots’a love,
