God Knows Our Every Thought and Every Secret of Our Hearts – and He Still Loves Us

Happy Wednesday Saints.

Psalm 44:21 “GOD WOULD SURELY HAVE KNOWN IT, FOR HE KNOWS THE SECRETS OF EVERY HEART.”

It has always amazed me that God knows EVERY THOUGHT that I’ve ever had and yet He still loves me.

I’m still a work in progress and after over three decades of walking with the Lord, I still need His help getting my thinking right and keeping my heart pure.

He has helped me overcome negative, hostile, cynical, self-sabotaging, fearful, anxious, insecure, and troubling thoughts that have not just held me back but have negatively impacted my relationships with others.

If we don’t deal with the condition of our hearts, it’s unfair to the people that we have to deal with every day. Everything inside your heart WILL eventually COME OUT.

When we leave bad thoughts unchecked and allow ourselves to dwell on them, they will eventually COME OUT.

Saints, undealt with thoughts and imaginations will COME OUT.

When we don’t deal with our negative thoughts, emotions, and assumptions – they will COME OUT.

One way or another, they will affect what we say and influence how we treat others. Even if we don’t say anything and try to keep our secret thoughts hidden – if we don’t cast them down and replace them with more wholesome and positive truths – they will come through in our attitude and behaviour towards other people.

Our harmful and damaging thoughts must be replaced with God’s Word and the truth. If they aren’t dealt with, they’ll be like leaving weeds in the garden and expecting them to remove themselves. They won’t go away, and when they are left alone – they’ll continue to grow.

Let God help you identify and replace any destructive issues of the heart. There are some wounds that can only be healed by His amazing love. Don’t allow any adverse thoughts to linger within your heart. Get your heart good and keep it good so that you can live good and love good.

Have a great day. God bless and lots’a love,
Warren
