God is fair, holy, and righteous in all His ways

As believers, we are called not only to rejoice in justice but to actively pursue it. That means standing up for those who are mistreated, speaking truth even when it’s uncomfortable, and living lives that reflect fairness and compassion.

THE JOY OF JUSTICE

Proverbs 21:15 “When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.”

God is fair, holy, and righteous in all His ways. For those who seek to follow Him, seeing justice prevail is deeply satisfying. It’s a reminder that God is at work in the world, making wrong things right and protecting the vulnerable.

When justice is done, it affirms that evil doesn’t have the final word. It brings joy to the righteous because it reflects the order, peace, and goodness of God’s kingdom.

On the other hand, justice is terrifying to evildoers because it threatens to bring hidden things into the light.

When someone has lived in deceit, abuse, or corruption—often for a long time—they build their lives around the illusion of control and secrecy.

But justice exposes. It uncovers what was concealed, calls wrongs by their true name, and demands accountability.

For those who have gotten away with harm, justice is a threat—it shakes their false sense of security and reveals the truth they’ve worked hard to suppress.

As believers, we are called not only to rejoice in justice but to actively pursue it. That means standing up for those who are mistreated, speaking truth even when it’s uncomfortable, and living lives that reflect fairness and compassion.

Justice isn’t always easy—but it is always worth it.

Prayer:

Father God, thank You for being a righteous and fair Judge. Teach me to love what is right and to seek justice in all I do. Give me the boldness to stand up for truth and to defend those who cannot defend themselves. Let my life be a reflection of Your justice, mercy, and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Have a great week. God bless and lots’a love,

Warren
