Galumalemana gets a Second Term to Lead LTA

Galumalemana Titi Agnes Tutuvanu-Schwalger has been reappointed by Cabinet to continue as Chief Executive Officer of the Land Transport Authority, (LTA) for a second term.

The 30-year old Chief Executive graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Engineering and has been with LTA since 2012 straight after completing her university studies.

In just three years, Galumalemana was promoted to the post of Divisional Manager in 2015 and in 2018, she was appointed by Cabinet to lead the Authority.

The Land Transport Authority oversees the provision of Samoa’s national road network. It’s core services include management of road projects, and ensuring compliancy to acceptable standards and best engineering practices.
