Cabinet has approved the re- appointment of Faiane Susana Laulu as Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank of Samoa for the next three years.
Faiane has led the DBS since 2014 and this appointment will be her third tenure in office. She has worked within the bank for over a decade.
Prior to taking up the CEO role, Faiane worked 3 years as the Deputy CEO for Finance, Administration, and MIS – Management Information Systems.
Faiane Susana also leads the Samoa Institute of Accountants as its President, overseeing major reforms in recent years to uphold the credibility, integrity and quality of the accountancy profession in Samoa.
An alumni of the University of the South Pacific, she has previously worked as Financial Comptroller with BOC Gases and Assistant Manager for Lesa ma Penn Accounting Firm.
