Happy Friday Saints.

Yesterday we looked at the importance of controlling our emotions. We shouldn’t ignore our emotions. They sometimes indicate that something is wrong or not quite right. Emotions are a good help to us but they are not a great guide.

As Christians, we are to be led by the Holy Spirit.

Your initial feelings about something don’t have to determine how you deal with it.

Ephesians 4:26 says “IN YOUR ANGER, DO NOT SIN.”

Your emotions are not the Holy Spirit, so don’t follow them. Don’t let your anger control you. Psalm 4:4 says to “SEARCH YOUR HEART AND BE STILL.”

So wait. Don’t react in anger. Remain still until you are calm and able to respond with a clean heart and pure motives.

Control yourself and be fabulous today.

Love & prayers,
Warren
