Mulinuu Courthouse, Apia Samoa. The driver of the flatbed truck that killed a 14 year boy at Vaoala in March this year, has pleaded guilty to all the charges against him.
Rudolf Nauer was the driver of a truck carrying an excavator, heading downhill at Vaoala, when it lost control and crashed killing a 14 year old Avele Student as he waited on the side of the road for his younger siblings to finish school.

Represented by Masoe Charlie Vaai, Nauer pleaded guilty before the Supreme Court to charges of negligent driving causing death, negligent driving causing injury, driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving without a license.
The matter has been set for sentencing on the 25th of June 2021.
