Happy Wednesday Saints,
Philippians 1:9-10 “AND THIS IS MY PRAYER: THAT YOUR LOVE MAY ABOUND MORE AND MORE IN KNOWLEDGE AND DEPTH OF INSIGHT, SO THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO DISCERN WHAT IS BEST.”There is ‘good’ and then there is ‘best.’ And it’s good to know the difference because it isn’t always something bad or sinful that keeps us from reaching our full potential.
Sometimes it is the good things that are holding us back.
It’s good to help others but sometimes what others expect from us isn’t the same or isn’t in line with what God requires of us.
Too many people spread themselves thin by trying to do too much. They say “Yes” to EVERYTHING that is good and they do what they can to please EVERYONE and when they do, God’s will and plan is often neglected.
It’s OK to say “NO.”
You can’t do EVERYTHING and you can’t please EVERYONE.
Focus on what’s BEST this week and get God’s will for the week done!
His plan is ALWAYS what’s best for everyone.God bless and lots’a love,
