Happy Monday Saints.
While many of us may not have caught the Coronavirus, some of us may have caught the other major pandemic of anxiety and fear.
There has never been a more important time for us to feed our faith with the written Word of God. Faith is the complete opposite of anxiety and fear and the great news is – neither can exist in the presence of genuine faith.
You cannot be fearful and full of faith at the same time.
We know from Romans 10:17 that “FAITH COMES BY HEARING AND HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD.”
Fear also comes the same way – BY HEARING – but it comes from hearing reports that are contrary to the Word of God.
Faith doesn’t deny that the coronavirus exists – faith simply believes that all that God promises us IN CHRIST, is still ours. The promises that you stood on BEFORE the global pandemic, haven’t become meaningless in the face of the coronavirus.
Staying fearful is a choice. In these unstable times, we can feed our spirit with God’s unchanging Word and develop an unshakable faith.
Your current spiritual strength and your ability to be at peace right now are 100% within your own control. Feed on God’s Word and become FEARLESS.
