From some of the most challenging environments across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific, BSP has over 1,500 talented women working in every facet of our business.
As one of the largest employers across PNG, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Cook Islands, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu, BSP proudly supports equal opportunity with women comprising 50% of our total workforce, 30% in management and executive roles group wide.
As a leader in the region, we are #ChallengingAttitudes towards Family & Sexual Violence (FSV) and Gender Based Violence (GBV) as we commemorate International Women’s Day. Through BSP’s Black Thursday Campaign launched in 2020, we create awareness on FSV & GBV in the workplace and the community.
